🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Must be in the original packaging (tags attached if applicable).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
🐶 Please note: Items must be in resellable condition—we want the next pup parent to love it as much as you would!
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened pet food, treats, or supplements

Personalized or custom items (e.g. engraved collars, custom clothing)

Grooming & hygiene products (brushes, toothbrushes, etc.)

Gift cards

Digital products/downloadables
🐕 Damaged or Defective Products?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it! Please contact us at sales@frenchbullpooch.com with:

A clear photo of the item and issue

A short description
We’ll take care of it quickly.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
📦 How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.
❗ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
